Where We Work We are happy to consider all enquiries. If you can provide us with the information to do the initial appraisal from our office there should not be a charge. Where travelling time from our Stowmarket base exceeds 45 minutes we may consider a charge. As a general rule if the site is in Suffolk the initial visit will be free of charge. If we would normally charge but the visit can be fitted in with us being in the area on other business then it is likely we would waive such charges.
